Elim Community Center (ECC) is a not-for-profit organization, strategically located in Oodlabari West Bengal (Dooars wildlife sanctuaries, Sikkim icy mountains, Darjeeling Hills). ECC Connects, Supports and Empowers the local Community. It responds to the needs of the community by providing vocational training and relevant programmes that equip children and youth so that they can maximize their potential. Also works of compassion undertaken as needed.
